Product Guarantee— 100% Satisfaction
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with a product, you may return any unused portion within 30 days of the date purchased for a refund/replacement. Credit will be calculated at 100% of the purchase price (customer is responsible for return shipping costs). This guarantee covers all vitamins, herbal products, essential oils, and herbal formulas. This guarantee does not apply to products that have been misused, intentionally damaged, discontinued or outdated and does not apply to the Nature’s Spring water treatment system, which carries its own limited warranty.
How to return or exchange an item
In order to return an item you need to first obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. To request an RMA number online, please use the Return Request Form below. Issuance of an RMA number does not guarantee final disposition and all returns are subject to inspection.
